There is a huge logically flaw in the argument that if car insurance is mandatory that health insurance can be manadatory also.
The fallacy is easily exposed when you realize that you are not required to own a car.
There are many things in life where if you choose "A" you will get or be required to have "B".
Car insurance is "B" and is totally conditionally on someone making a choice to have "A".
So you do have a choice not to have car insurance buy not owning a car. There is no corresponding analogy to mandatory health insurance. You will not be able to legally escape it.
